How does the custom design process work?

After you place an order, our design team will reach out with instructions to begin the process. You’ll log in to our art portal and provide some basic information and assets, such as school logos, colors, and any specific ideas or preferences.

Once we have your input, our team will create the initial proof and share it for approval. We are more than happy to make revisions if necessary – we want your kids to be wowed!

Is there a warranty?

Yes! To keep machine downtime to a minimum, we offer up to 5 years of coverage.

Do you offer any post-sale support?

We truly care about education, so we want your Morgan experience to be as easy on you as possible. We’ll install your STEM machine and continue to support it for life.
Our service desk provides assistance on-demand, with the option to FaceTime with a live technician to address concerns right at your machine.
